Business NOT as Usual

Dear Clients and Friends of Healthcare Navigation:

We are writing to assure you that we are all working remotely and available. Please know that the security of client information is always a top concern of ours, and all company computers operate with WatchGuard VPN encryption no matter where we do business, including temporary home offices. All company numbers are forwarded to password protected applications on cell phones so our staff can continue to communicate with you securely. We have taken these steps over the years to not only protect your information, but to ensure we can continue to operate through blizzards, hurricanes, transit shut downs, and now, voluntary isolation.

Phone response times at health insurance companies remain fairly consistent. However, all Social Security offices are closed beginning Tuesday, March 17th so please factor that in to your plans if you are enrolling soon in Medicare Part A and/or B. Making an in-person appointment or personally dropping off Special Enrollment Forms for Medicare Part B are no longer options.

People may need even more help navigating a transition in coverage, dealing with medical coverage issues and making arrangements for prescription refills to be delivered during these unusual times. Please keep us in mind for anyone who might benefit from our support.
